ASAPIO was founded in 2003 in Munich by former SAP employees. We simplify SAP-to-cloud integration for global enterprises across manufacturing, pharma, financial services and the public sector.
Our team operates from Munich with nearshore delivery centres in Greece and Armenia, delivering projects across Europe, North America and the Middle East. We're an SAP Partner with deep expertise in cloud integration, S/4HANA transformation and SAP Fieldglass.

Ralph Altmeier
Before founding ASAPIO, Ralph worked as a consultant and consultant manager at SAP Germany across automotive and logistics PLM.
Peter Holtkamp
Before joining ASAPIO, Peter co-founded Consserve GmbH and previously consulted for SAP Walldorf and SAP Labs Palo Alto. He initiated ASAPIO's SAP Fieldglass partnership.
Lothar Steinrücken
Before founding ASAPIO, Lothar was a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect at SAP Germany in SAP PLM and Purchasing Solutions.
Our journey
Two decades of milestones – from a Munich start-up to a premier SAP OEM partner.
Our journey began in 2003 when founders Ralph and Lothar established META-1 with a vision to create a specialist SAP consulting company, in areas like SAP PLM and SAP SRM. This company became ASAPIO soon after, and grew its business over various consulting projects. A pivotal moment came in 2007 when Peter joined the leadership team, helping to steer the company from pure consulting toward the product-led innovation that defines us today. Over two decades, we have evolved into a premier SAP OEM partner, bridging the gap between ERP and the cloud with pioneering integration solutions. In 2024, the founders set the course for the future by handing business operations over to the management team – Christian Heitmann, Florian Farr and Miro Moravek – moving into an Advisory Board role at ASAPIO.

Establishing a specialist consulting business for SAP PLM, SAP SRM and procurement solutions. Later renamed to ASAPIO.

First solution for SAP Ariba integration with SAP ERP – the foundation for our successful product line.
SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-on
Together with SAP and pilot customers, the first productised solution for process integration of SAP Fieldglass with ERP systems was born.
