ASAPIO Integration Add-on 9.32607 Release Latest July 2026
New Features
  • Solace Event Portal Integration. Publishes schemas, topics, and queues to Solace Event Portal via the Solace API from the backend for stronger discoverability. Solace Platform is supported now; SAP Advanced Event Mesh follows later this year.
  • Discovery API. A new open integration surface for all connectors, with a dedicated integration cockpit and support for custom integrations. Discovery API docs.
Event Studio Innovation
  • AI Agent for configuration support. The first AI agent helps configure Event Studio setups faster and with fewer manual steps.
  • Expanded Content Catalog. More RAP Event Handler classes and additional standard events are delivered with customizing. Content Catalog.
  • Landscape Explorer. Visualize your ASAPIO interface landscape and understand how interfaces connect across systems.
  • New shipment model on SAP BTP. The SAP BTP version now ships as a CAP app, improving deployment, extension, and lifecycle management.

ASAPIO Integration Add-on 9.32604 Release April 2026
New Features
  • SASL/PLAIN Authentication for Kafka and Confluent. Secures Kafka/Confluent connections via username and password instead of certificates the widely adopted authentication mechanism for enterprise environments without certificate infrastructure.
  • Schema Registry support for Kafka and Confluent. Integrates connectors with a central Schema Registry to validate messages against defined formats before sending, reducing integration errors and improving data reliability across producers and consumers.
  • Direct Sequencing of RAP Event Data. Enables direct RAP event utilization without a preliminary data extraction step. The outbox pattern ensures correct message sequencing even in multi-threaded scenarios.
  • RAP Event Linkage in Classic GUI (without Event Studio). Supports RAP event configuration through classic SAP GUI screens for teams that prefer or require legacy transaction access over Event Studio.

Event Add-on for ERP 100 SP02 Release April 29, 2026
ASAPIO Event Studio
  • CDS view entities in catalog. Support for CDS view entities as message payloads alongside existing payload designs and classic views.
  • AsyncAPI export for CDS entity payloads. Export interface definitions for CDS entity-based payloads in AsyncAPI JSON format.
  • Data layer filter. Filter catalog entries and interfaces by data layer for faster navigation in large configurations.
  • Connector-based connection filtering. Filter active connections by connector type directly in the Event Studio interface.
  • New data catalog model. Redesigned catalog model supports all types of data layers, including custom objects.
Additional Features
  • Bidirectional AMQP Support for SAP S/4HANA Extensions. Persistent TCP-based messaging using the open AMQP standard available for Solace brokers and S/4HANA, reducing REST overhead for high-frequency message flows.
  • RAP Event Trigger. Trigger integration flows directly from RAP business object events.
  • Cloud ALM Integration & Health Monitoring. Publishes Integration Add-on health metrics and exception logs to SAP Cloud ALM for centralized monitoring across the SAP landscape.

SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-on 100 SP13 Release April 2026
New Features
  • Clean Core Level C compliance. All integration components refactored to SAP-approved extension patterns, meeting Clean Core Level C – the strictest compliance tier for S/4HANA custom extensions.
  • Contract Lookup enhancements. Dynamic picklist naming via global parameters, automatic special character removal from contract texts, and a hardened supplier validity check that blocks incomplete records before they reach the ERP backend.
  • Integration Dashboard – German localization. Full German-language interface for all monitoring and transaction screens, activated automatically for users with a German logon language.
  • Detailed Response Handler. Error and success responses are now separated per record for posted and paid invoices, giving operations teams granular visibility instead of a bulk response.

ASAPIO Integration Add-on 9.32601 Release January 28, 2026
New Features
  • Bidirectional AMQP Support. AMQP (Advanced Message Queuing Protocol) is now supported for both inbound and outbound messaging via Solace Platform brokers and S/4HANA. The persistent TCP connection eliminates REST overhead for high-volume event flows.
  • SAP Cloud ALM Integration. Publishes Integration Add-on exception logs to SAP Cloud ALM, enabling centralized integration monitoring and exception management across the SAP landscape without separate tooling.
  • RAP Event Linkage in Classic GUI. Configure RAP event-based integrations directly through classic SAP GUI transaction screens no Event Studio required, providing flexibility for teams that work outside the browser-based tooling.
  • Extensibility in Active Alerting (BAdI). New BAdI extension point for custom handling of log entries during Active Alerting job execution supports integration with custom log aggregators or external ticketing systems.
  • Content Catalog. Central hub providing predefined content including ASAPIO payloads, RAP handler classes, and template interfaces, organized by business case for faster implementation starts.

ASAPIO Integration Add-on 9.32510 Release October 2025
New Features
  • ASAPIO Event Studio CDS Payload Support. CDS view entities in SAP S/4HANA can now be used directly as message payloads, alongside existing payload designs and classic CDS views.
  • Customize Standard RAP Events (code-less). Adapt the payload of standard RAP events without code changes. 35 RAP business objects are already delivered out of the box.
  • Direct Confluent/Kafka Connectivity. Direct TCP/IP-based Kafka protocol connectivity to the broker cluster no REST proxy required. Available for S/4HANA-based systems.
  • Message Sequencing for all Connectors. Configurable option ensuring messages for the same object are always sent in the order they occurred now supported across all connectors.
  • Dead Letter Queue. Route failed messages to a Dead Letter Queue after a configurable number of retries or on specific errors. Currently available for the Kafka Handler.
  • Component Health Monitoring in SAP Cloud ALM. Periodically sends health metrics including the ratio of failed calls to total calls to SAP Cloud ALM for proactive monitoring.
  • Inbound Handler BAdI. New extension point for custom handling of inbound payloads and response messages.
  • Monitoring for AMQP and Message IDs. Display and search by unique Message IDs in the monitoring view; AMQP message monitoring is now fully supported.
  • SAP Business Accelerator Hub Content Package. Pre-defined integration content and AsyncAPI exports made available on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub.

SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-on 100 SP12 Release October 2025
New Features
  • Integration Dashboard. Monitor every Fieldglass transaction in real time via a dedicated selection and results screen – no more hunting through individual logs.
  • Asset Integration – Generally Available. Fixed assets as cost objects are now available to all customers across all transactional integrations, with no special setup required.
  • Configurable status options. Status values for Plant Maintenance Order Operations and WBS Elements are now configurable without code changes.
  • GL Account Allocation in SOW Revisions. GL Account Allocation Amounts now flow through SOW Revision Uploads, closing a data completeness gap for finance teams.

ASAPIO Data Studio
  • S/4HANA Server Deployment via Transport Requests. Deploy ASAPIO configurations directly into an SAP S/4HANA system using transport requests aligning installation with standard SAP change management processes.
  • Updated Data Catalog. Browse and deploy ASAPIO payloads and pre-defined standard objects with expanded catalog coverage.
  • Quick Interface Creation. Deploy data objects to target connections with minimal configuration steps.
  • RAP Event Support. Use standard RAP events as message triggers with custom payloads directly in ASAPIO Data Studio.
  • Transport Configuration. Add interface definitions to transport requests for structured deployment management across landscapes.
General Features
  • AsyncAPI Export. Export interface definitions in AsyncAPI JSON format individually or in batch for documentation, governance, and consumer onboarding.
  • Message ID. Assigns a unique identifier to each message, enabling reliable message de-duplication on the consumer side and end-to-end traceability.
  • Message Attributes. Enhance message metadata with custom attributes to enable dynamic routing based on actual payload content. Available for AWS SNS and Google Cloud connectors.
  • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) Support. Direct connectivity to Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 for streaming SAP data into the Microsoft analytics ecosystem.

ASAPIO Integration Add-on 9.32504 Release May 2025
New Features
  • CDS View Entities as data source. Use CDS view entities as the data source in interface configurations (SAP S/4HANA only) expanding support beyond classic CDS views.
  • Payload Designer custom conversion methods for all fields. Custom conversion methods are now supported for every field in a message payload, not only selected fields.
  • IDoc multi-message. Send multiple IDocs in a single message or a single call to the broker, reducing overhead for high-volume IDoc-based integrations.
  • Solace Platform / SAP Advanced Event Mesh dynamic topic generation. Custom conversion methods now supported for dynamic topic generation, enabling topic structures outside the standard SAP data model.
Microsoft Fabric Connector
  • Open Mirroring support. Seamless integration with Microsoft Fabric via Open Mirroring no Notebook import required.
  • Parquet format support. Efficient data transfer to Fabric through Parquet's built-in compression and embedded metadata.
  • Updated Data Catalog. 29 pre-configured data products available out of the box, each customizable for specific requirements.
Performance Improvements
  • Packed loads: control system load by specifying the maximum number of SAP work processes used during message extraction.
  • Optimized reprocessing of messages during large data loads.
  • Optimized log deletion report (/ASADEV/ACI_AMRLOG_DELETE).
Launch: ASAPIO Data Studio
  • ASAPIO Data Studio (restricted release). A code-less web application for centralized interface management. Supports SAP S/4HANA event messaging, outbound interface creation, multi-backend connections, AsyncAPI specification export, configuration transport, and built-in monitoring.

SAP Fieldglass Integration Add-on 100 SP11 / FP10 Release May 2025
New Features
  • Estimated Price Flag & Cost Object Dates. Rate changes on estimated-price contracts are now respected during Contract Lookup; start and end dates on cost object codes flow into Fieldglass for time-bounded cost allocation.
  • Lean Services attachments. Documents attached in Fieldglass Lean Services are automatically transferred to the corresponding S/4HANA service entry sheet – no manual re-upload needed.
  • Parked Invoices & Asset as Cost Object. Park invoices for approval before final posting; assign fixed assets directly as cost objects in Fieldglass transactions.
